On average, we spend a third of our lives at work—it’s a significant part of our existence. The impact that we can have in this area as recruiters is something I do not take lightly, and I am passionate about helping people maximise their careers. As a graduate in Psychology, I understand that recruitment is not a one-size-fits-all process: everyone has unique motivations, communicates differently, and processes information in their own way.
