Job: Digital Marketing Manager
This is a rare opportunity and one to spearhead and exciting chapter leveraging your experience to lead digital marketing efforts in the financial services sector. You’ll strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns across search engines, social media, email, content, and paid media to boost brand awareness and drive client acquisition, working closely with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the financial services industry including analysing trends and customer behaviours
- Campaign Management & Execution: Manage multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, social media, display ads, email). Optimize landing pages, ad copy, and creatives for better engagement and conversions while measuring performance
- SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. Manage paid search (PPC) campaigns to optimize ad spend and ROI.
- Content Creation & Management: Manage and guide the content creation team to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with current market trends and resonate with the financial services audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, case studies, and eBooks
- Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to monitor performance, track traffic, and measure ROI on digital campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and user data.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop strategies for lead generation and nurture campaigns to build a strong pipeline of prospects in the financial services space
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy and presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to engage with financial services clients.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, content creation, design, and product to ensure a consistent message across all marketing efforts
- Stay up to date with compliance & regulations
What we’re seeking?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services or a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with analytics and marketing platforms
- Proficient in paid advertising strategies and tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
