Job: Head of Design
As Head of Design, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the entire design function, from product design and user experience (UX) to branding and creative direction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that design excellence is at the heart of everything our client does.
- Oversee the design vision, strategy, and execution across all aspects of our product.
- Drive the entire design process from research and ideation to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging visual identity across all platforms, including product, website, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to craft intuitive, impactful user experiences.
- Champion design excellence and user-first thinking throughout the organization.
- Leverage user research and data insights to inform and refine design decisions for maximum impact
- Extensive background in product design, UX/UI design, and visual communication.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills, from concept through to execution.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Webflow experience is a bonus.
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- A strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for crafting elegant, user-friendly solutions.
