Job: Product Migration Specialist
You will perform product configuration?and implementation tasks?to migrate?acquired?clients?to the latest?updated version of our client's SaaS?products. You will?work?closely with client contacts, under the direction of the Product Migration Manager,?to ensure a smooth?and?timely?transition.?

Job: Product Migration Specialist
You will perform product configuration?and implementation tasks?to migrate?acquired?clients?to the latest?updated version of our client's SaaS?products. You will?work?closely with client contacts, under the direction of the Product Migration Manager,?to ensure a smooth?and?timely?transition.?
Job Responsibilities:
- Configuration and deployment of SaaS products?and updates for?acquired?clients
- Analyse client data sources and quality review of data content for products and services.?
- Regular communication with clients & stakeholders to ensure?they are informed of project status?and other updates including an occasional demo
- Remote installation, configuration, and testing of the solution(s) being implemented.?
- Development of documentation and other reference materials?
- Train new clients across the product suite
What we’re seeking to find in candidates:
- A Degree or Certificate in?Computer Science,?MIS,?Database Administration or a relevant combination of education and work experience (minimum of 1 year)
- Experience with Windows OS, file directory and network navigation, basic OS admin tasks.?
- Experience with SQL and basic python scripting?
- Excellent communication skills showcasing enthusiasm#
- Adapts a growth mindset and willingness to learn
