The Role
You’ll collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions, lead technical teams, and guide end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade applications. With a hands-on approach, you’ll mentor engineers, optimise systems, and ensure alignment with modern best practices and scalable cloud-native technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable system design.
- Strong proficiency in a major programming language (Java, .NET)
- Passion for mentoring and fostering technical growth within teams.
The Package
- Base Salary up to £85,000 +10% Bonus
