My client is seeking a highly skilled and certified Technical Pre-Sales Specialist to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in translating business challenges into innovative technical solutions, working collaboratively with their sales and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions to our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possess in-depth knowledge and certifications in Microsoft Business Applications, particularly Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) and the Power Platform.
- Collaborate with the sales team and client to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Translate business challenges into comprehensive technical solutions leveraging Microsoft Business Applications.
- Develop and present customised product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to design tailored solutions that address client needs and align with our capabilities.
- Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) and prototype solutions to showcase functionality and feasibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Business Applications, such as Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales role within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-focused language.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to contribute to pricing and proposal strategies.
